Shipping Policy

Scope of Delivery We deliver exclusively to delivery addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Unfortunately, orders with a delivery address outside this area cannot be processed.

Shipping Costs Shipping within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein is completely free of charge for you – regardless of the order value. There are no hidden shipping or handling fees.

Shipping Service Provider We usually ship your order via Swiss Post (A-Post) or a comparable Swiss parcel service.

Delivery Time Orders received Monday to Friday by 2:00 p.m. usually leave our warehouse on the same business day. Delivery in Switzerland normally takes place within 1–3 working days after dispatch. In rare cases (e.g. high order volume, public holidays or delivery bottlenecks), delivery may be delayed. We will inform you immediately in such cases.

Undeliverable Shipments If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you for the return shipping costs incurred as well as a reasonable processing fee before reshipping.

Mountain Regions As we cover the shipping costs in full, small surcharges from Swiss Post may apply in rare cases (e.g. certain mountain regions). If this is the case, we will contact you before shipping and clarify the next steps with you.

Changes to the Shipping Policy We reserve the right to adjust these shipping conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of your order applies.
