### Return Policy
**14-Day Return Right**
We offer a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
**Eligibility for a Return**
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
**How to Initiate a Return**
To start a return, please contact us at consumershop@belloo.com. Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

**Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
**Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items**
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
**Exchanges**
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the desired item in a separate transaction.
**European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period**
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
**Refunds**
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
